With over 15 years of experience in business planning, management, analysis, operations, and decision analysis, Varun has the breadth and depth of experience needed to quickly understand organizations’ businesses and craft the most suitable solutions. At 3N, Varun leads the solutioning and business development function.

Before founding 3N in early 2021, Varun held various management positions at leading legal outsourcing company, UnitedLex. Most recently as Director – Sales Enablement and Operations, focusing on new client communication, business development and bid management. He has extensive background in building practices from scratch and working to ensure all relevant parties achieve mutual benefit. Varun has also worked with leading knowledge services company Evalueserve and India’s premium Insurance provider, Birla Sunlife.
